Beautiful Ladies!

Tammy's Beautiful Story read at her Celebration,

January 3, 2015.

"This is one of the hardest things I believe I have ever had to do, to stand here before you and speak of our beloved Alanna.

I would like to thank you all for coming out today to take a moment to remember Alanna. A young women that we all loved, admired and respected. She would have been overwhelmed by the love of her family and friends in this room today that are here to celebrate her life.

Rose, Alanna would be so very proud of you and the strength you have shown during this time. I would ask her if she and I could meet on Saturday`s? Her response was always the same; I can’t its mother daughter day and I get to spend that day with my mom. Rose, Alanna treasured each moment she spent with you. She loves you very much.

I cannot think of anyone that did not adore her. Alanna welcomed everyone with open arms. She was constantly inspiring and helping others, always with a smile on her face

I met Alanna in August of last year. What she and I had was a fellowship, a friendliness and an understanding which was indescribably wonderful, and  one that I will treasure for a life time. For 5 months I was under the impression that I was Alanna"s mentor. Just recently have I come to realize that it was her who was mentoring me. I will never be the same person I was before. Alanna has changed my heart, my soul, and my mind. I am a better person for knowing her.

Alanna loved life and lived each day to the fullest. She had just started taking accounting classes at collage, got promoted to assistant manager, volunteered helping the homeless, as well as countless other acts of kindness. Alanna had no concept of ego or pride because she truly found happiness in the smiles of others.

She taught me that its okay to wear your heart on your sleeve. Because without pain, you would never know love or happiness.one of, the most valuable lesson I learned from Alanna is how to love myself. To use her words,” you have to love yourself, God himself made you in his image, and he doesn’t make trash or mistakes. To love yourself is simply honoring gods work”

I am confident that Alanna is now with our creator, and she will be forever in our hearts"

Love Tammy M.
